Das erste (aber sicher nicht das letzte) Mal, dass wir ein Boot nahmen, war während des Song-Festivals. Der Kapitän begrüßte die Touristen sehr herzlich. Wir genossen das schöne Wetter und die Atmosphäre. Man konnte die Umgebung vom Deck aus beobachten oder sich in der Kabine verstecken, wenn der Wind auffrischte. Wir danken Ihnen!
We used the Hop-on Hop-off bus for the Riga sightseeing tour, which probably wasn't essential as most places are easily accessible on foot, but it was easy to navigate and great for anyone with limited mobility. The best part of this tour was the reduced ticket price of 50% for both the river cruise and the canal cruise.
The River Cruise is on a big boat with seating on the top deck, while the Canal Cruise is on a small boat, which was great and actually takes an hour to cruise the river and get to the top of the canal system, then go right through Riga, then back up the river - so you get the best of both worlds.
Die Bootsfahrt auf dem Riga-Kanal war sehr schön. Ansprechendes, freundliches Personal. Eine Chance, Riga aus einem anderen Blickwinkel zu sehen. Empfehlenswert!
